车速里程表常见故障有指针不动,心子折断,数据不准确,以及运转噪声等。

①指针跳动不稳,字鼓运转不正常:原因是传动小齿轮或数字轮上的齿轮断齿或磨旷。在内啮合的字鼓结构中,由于夹片变形、齿轮错位、毛刺飞边或减速蜗轮蜗杆因磨损过限打滑等引起字鼓不转。在安装里程表软心轴时,千万不能折弯过急,以免软心轴转动受阻。注意弯曲半径不宜小于150mm,否则会在使用中引起心轴折断、转轴磨损,里程表指针来回摆晃,降低使用寿命。
① Pointer runout is not stable, word drum operation is not normal: the reason is that the transmission pinion or the gear on the digital wheel is broken or worn open. In the internal meshing drum structure, the word drum does not rotate due to the deformation of the clamping piece, the dislocation of the gear, the burr flash or the sliding of the reducing worm gear due to excessive wear. When installing the odometer soft spindle, do not bend it too fast to prevent the soft spindle from rotating. Pay attention to the bending radius should not be less than 150 mm, otherwise it will cause spindle fracture, shaft wear, odometer pointer swing back and forth, reduce the service life.

②指示误差:车速里程表指示读数不准,里程有明显误差时,一般是由于凸缘锁紧螺母松动,使原来被压紧的里程表软轴主动齿轮松动打滑。动1090E型汽车里程表软轴主动齿轮靠手制动鼓凸缘锁紧螺母固定,与变速器第二轴连成一体,螺母靠压在它里面的四个蝶形垫圈的变形自锁。仪表机件磨损过限、磁铁磁力退化都会造成数据指示不准确。里程表传动主动齿轮松旷,主动齿轮未压紧打滑,使里程读数明显小于实际数值时,应检查并将传动轴凸缘锁紧

The flexible shaft driving gear of 1090e car odometer is fixed by the flange lock nut of the hand brake drum and connected with the second shaft of the transmission. The nut is self-locking by the deformation of four butterfly washers pressed in it. Excessive wear of instrument parts and magnetic degradation of magnet will cause inaccurate data indication. 螺母拧到规定的力矩I%一245N"m。每次维修时应检查凸缘锁紧螺母的紧固情况,并拆下里程表软轴的连接头,将轴从车上取下,或夹住心轴方头抽出软心轴,用油清洗后涂抹润滑脂然后装复。

③字鼓不运转,指针不动:这一般是软轴在管内卡滞、软轴折断;护管接头脱出;字鼓传动齿轮卡死、磨旷和里程表损坏故障。在更换里程表软心轴时,一定要查明软心轴折断的原因,是否里程表转轴发卡。可用手伸人仪表盘反面摸到心轴插孔,转动几圈看其是否运灵活再装软轴。如果用手转不动或者转动时感觉有时发卡,运转不平稳,千万不能盲目装复(否则装上行驶不了多少里程,甚至刚起步就会扭断),这时一定要将里程表总成卸下,分解检查齿轮是

④运转噪声:行驶中发现里程表内发出“吱、吱”刺耳的异响,主要是里程表中转动轴和齿轮缺乏润滑发生干摩擦而发响,应拆下里程表总成,可在接头处的方孔内,滴人几滴润滑油,噪声即可
