常见车辆漏油的主要原因

1、产品(配件)质量、材质或工艺不佳；结构设计存在问题；

2、装配高速不当，配合表面不清洁，衬垫破损、位移或未按操作规程规范进行安装；

3、紧固螺母拧力不均、滑丝断扣或松旷脱落等导致工作失效；

4、密封材料长期使用后磨损过限，老化变质、变形失效；

预防车辆漏油措施
Measures to prevent vehicle oil leakage
1、重视衬垫作用。汽车静置部位(如各接合端面、各端盖、壳体、罩垫、平面珐琅盖板等)零部件之间的衬垫起着防漏密封作用。若在材料、制作质量及安装上不符合技术规范，就起不到密封防漏作用，甚至发生事故。如油底壳或气门罩盖，由于接触面积大而不易压实，由此造成漏油；
1. Pay attention to the role of cushion. The gasket between the parts of the stationary parts of the automobile (such as each joint end face, each end cover, shell, cover pad, flat enamel cover plate, etc.) plays a leak proof sealing role. If the material, manufacturing quality and installation do not meet the technical specifications, it will not play the role of sealing and leakage prevention, and even accidents will occur. Such as oil pan or valve cover, it is difficult to compact due to large contact area, resulting in oil leakage;
2、车上各类紧固螺母都需按规定的扭矩拧紧。过松压不紧衬垫会渗漏；过紧又会使螺孔周围金属凸起或将丝扣拧滑而引起漏油。另外，油底壳放油螺塞若未拧紧或回松脱落，容易造成机油流失，继而发生“烧瓦抱轴”的机损事故；

The gasket will leak if it is too loose and not tightly pressed; Too tight will make the metal bulge around the screw hole or screw thread slip, resulting in oil leakage. 3、及时更换失效油封。车上很多动置部位(如油封、O型圈)会因安装不妥，轴颈与油封刃口不同心，偏摆而甩油。有些油封使用过久会因橡胶老化而失去弹性。发现渗漏应及时更新；
3. Replace the failed oil seal in time. Many moving parts on the vehicle (such as oil seal and O-ring) will shed oil due to improper installation, misalignment between the journal and the oil seal edge and deflection. Some oil seals will lose elasticity due to rubber aging if they are used for too long. If leakage is found, it shall be updated in time;
4、避免单向阀、通气阀堵死。由此引起箱壳内温度升高，油气充满整个空间、排放不出去，使箱壳内压力升高润滑油消耗增加和更换周期缩短。发动机通气系统堵塞后，增加了活塞的运动阻力，使油耗增加。由于箱壳内外气压差的作用，往往会引起密封薄弱处漏油。因此需对车辆进行定期检查、清洗；
4. Avoid blocking the check valve and vent valve. As a result, the temperature in the tank shell increases, the oil and gas fills the whole space and cannot be discharged, which increases the pressure in the tank shell, increases the consumption of lubricating oil and shortens the replacement cycle. After the engine ventilation system is blocked, the movement resistance of the piston is increased and the fuel consumption is increased. Due to the pressure difference inside and outside the tank shell, oil leakage at the weak seal is often caused. Therefore, the vehicle shall be inspected and cleaned regularly;
5、妥善解决各类油管接头密封。车用联管螺母经常拆装，容易滑丝断扣而松脱，会引起渗油。更换联管螺母，用研磨法解决其锥面密封，使螺母压紧而解决密封；
5. Properly solve the sealing of various oil pipe joints. The union nut for vehicle is often disassembled and disassembled, which is easy to break and loosen the sliding wire, which will cause oil leakage. Replace the union nut and solve the conical seal by grinding to compress the nut to solve the seal;
6、避免轮毂甩油。轮毂轴承及腔内润滑油脂过多，或其油封装配不妥，质量不良及老化失效；制动频繁引起的轮毂温度过高；车轴螺母松动等都会引起轮毂甩油。在车辆的使用中，往往会出现漏油故障，它将直接影响到汽车的技术性能，导致润滑油、燃油的浪费，消耗动力，影响车容整洁，造成环境污染。由于漏油、机器内部润滑油减少，导致机件润滑不良、冷却不足，会引起机件早期损坏，甚至留下事故隐患。
6. Avoid hub oil spillage. Excessive lubricating grease in hub bearing and cavity, or improper oil packaging, poor quality and aging failure; Excessive hub temperature caused by frequent braking; Loose axle nuts will cause oil rejection of the wheel hub. Oil leakage often occurs in the use of vehicles, which will directly affect the technical performance of vehicles, lead to the waste of lubricating oil and fuel, consume power, affect the cleanliness of vehicles and cause environmental pollution. Due to oil leakage and reduction of lubricating oil inside the machine, poor lubrication and insufficient cooling of the parts will cause early damage to the parts, and even leave hidden dangers of accidents.
