Jinan Audi special repair tells you that it is very important to operate and maintain the tiles to avoid bursting
01. Low temperature start, full load access
When the engine starts at low temperature, the lubrication condition is poor. If the engine enters full load operation after starting, the oil temperature will not increase. Poor lubrication will lead to abnormal wear of bearing shells, which is easy to make the engine hold the bearing shells for a long time.
The car is often stuffy and can't move
Many drivers are used to driving, dragging and blocking. In fact, this is a very bad habit. Such operation will increase the burden of the bearing bush. When the engine speed of the car is relatively low, drag and stop, and the oil pump cannot reach the normal working speed. At this time, the oil pressure will be very low, and there will be the risk of the engine holding the tile.
Buy real oil and filter elements
The oil on the market is multi-stage oil, which can basically meet the demand. When purchasing the engine oil, it is required to select the appropriate viscosity grade and engine oil in strict accordance with the provisions of the vehicle manual. At the same time, it is also necessary to choose a real oil filter element. A good oil filter element can filter the impurities in the oil, maintain the lubricating quality of the oil, and change the oil regularly to make the engine get good lubricating conditions.
In general: there are only two special cases where engine oil can cause serious bearing shell failure.
(1) In winter, the engine temperature is too low, which causes poor fuel atomization and incomplete combustion. The fuel enters the oil pan along the cylinder wall to dilute the engine oil, which will also cause "Bush burning shaft".
(2) Due to the infiltration of cooling water into the oil products, the oil products are emulsified and deteriorated, the viscosity is completely lost for a long time, and the oil film cannot be formed on the surface of the shaft and the bearing, resulting in serious dry friction.
