宝马发动机水温高是什么原因?

故障分析:启动车辆,连接ISID进行快速测试,检测无相关水温高散热器元件故障码。用电脑激活电子风扇,风扇高速转,说明电子风扇正常。试车开了十几公里,让车进入正常工况温度,连接ISID查看发动机数据,发现发动机冷却液温度慢慢的升至120度,而水箱出水口温度却慢慢从50度降至33度,不正常。尝试摸摸上水管和水箱下水管,发现温差极大,上水管极烫,下水管常温,此时电子风扇不转。

故障结果:研究怀疑是不是节温器的问题,然而观察此车的水流情况,水泵泵的水经过通掉过后的节温器时,走的不是上水管,而是走通掉的空,进入到水箱下水管,导致发动机内的冷却循环断裂,上下水管温差,上水管无水流动。更换新的节温器后,发动机温度数值正常,原地启动几个小时也数值也正常,试车也没有出现高温现象。
